1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del keys together on your keyboard.
2. Click on the Change a password option on your screen.

3. At the next screen, enter your current password and then type the new password that you wish to set twice. (The username field should automatically have your login in it).
4. Once done, press Enter or click on the Arrow button associated with the confirm password box to apply the change.

5. Sometime after doing this Office or Outlook will ask for your new password via a pop up box looking something like the image below. We HIGHLY recommend checking the "Remember my credentials" box before clicking "OK".
